What we install

• Toilets: one-piece or two-piece, comfort-height/ADA, elongated or round, 10/12/14″ rough-in, skirted/low-profile, dual-flush, quiet-close seats
• Bidets: electronic bidet seats (warm water, heated seat, dryer), non-electric seats, and handheld bidet sprayers

How we do it (clean and correct)

• Shutoff & supply: replace aging angle stop and stainless braided supply
• Seal: new wax ring or modern seal; flange repair/shim if the floor is uneven or the flange is low
• Stability: solid bolts and caulked base (leave a back seam for leak detection)
• Bidet plumbing: proper T-adapter and backflow protection; tidy routing that doesn’t snag
• Power for electronic bidets: add a nearby GFCI outlet and test load as needed

3. Professional install: remove old unit, set new toilet square and level, connect bidet, test all functions
4. Verification: leak test, flush/clearance check, user walkthrough and care tips; clean workspace
