Installation process

2. Options & written pricing after the visit: tank size, venting type, efficiency, and any add-ons.
3. Professional installation: remove old unit, set new heater, reconnect gas/water/electric, vent or power per code.
4. Start-up & safety checks: leak test, combustion/vent check (gas), temperature and recovery test.
5. Inspection & handoff: permit sign-off, simple maintenance tips (flushing schedule, anode check).
